Mental Health Specialist for Older Adults

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Clinician to join our team at Tewv Brits, providing specialist services for older adults. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with dementia and their families.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- As a Senior Clinician, you will work closely with our community mental health team to provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for individuals with dementia and other complex mental health needs.
- You will also contribute to the development and implementation of our Memory Service, ensuring that patients receive timely access to effective treatments and support.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, occupational therapy, social work)
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant area (e.g., dementia care, clinical psychology)
- Significant experience working with people with mental ill health in a community setting
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and undertake lead professional and care co-ordinator responsibilities
