Senior Community Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Community Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Scarborough, based at Cross Lane Hospital.

This role is ideal for a dynamic and motivated Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker who is passionate about caring for older adults with cognitive impairment and their families and carers.

Main Duties
  • Support the team's triage and duty system as part of a rolling rota.
  • Develop and implement high quality, evidence-based practice in caring for patients with mental health issues in the designated field.
  • Clinical Risk Assessment and Management and its application in practice.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including extensive MDT support and input in your role.
