Administrative Stakeholder Coordinator:
The Maine Group is seeking a highly organised and skilled administrative stakeholder coordinator to join our team as Schools Services Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating our services with schools in the region and promoting our organisation at meetings and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of our services with schools and other external agencies.
  • Assess and evaluate the delivery of our services to maintain and improve quality.
  • Manage the signing off of invoices and ensure timely payment.
  • Represent our organisation at meetings and events to promote our services.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administration and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of primary and secondary school environments.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial figures on Excel.

Salary: £40,000 (FTE) or pro-rata when working 4 days per week
