About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Trainer for Vision Impaired People to join our team at Chester Voluntary Action.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training sessions to vision impaired individuals, as well as providing support and guidance to help them develop new skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and deliver training sessions to vision impaired individuals
  • To provide support and guidance to help individuals develop new skills
  • To maintain accurate records of training sessions and individual progress

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions
  • Strong understanding of vision impairment and its impact on daily life

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
