At Kellanova, we are committed to creating the future of food. We are looking for a Digitalisation Lead to join our vibrant team to help us to lead, set, establish, and maintain technical standards regarding Smart Factory (Manufacturing Execution Systems).

The role is responsible for developing manuals, implementation plans and maintenance of software, as well as being responsible for preparing & conducting training to build plant digital capabilities.

This position is based within our Wrexham Plant Based with some requirement for travel. As well as the opportunity to join a fantastic and supportive team, we offer brilliant benefits such as a yearly bonus and a 53rd week payment.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

Smart Factory - Implement new modules for Smart Factory and maintain its functionality.
Collaboration - Collaborate with the European digitisation team to understand status of developments and modules available.
Communication - Provide regular communications to the local PLT and stakeholders so that they are fully informed of the progress, issues, risks and impact of all digitilisation initiatives.
Planning - Prepare/contribute to long term plan of Wrexham plant digitalisation.
Implementation - Develop and implement Smart Factory processes in accordance with KWS processes and principles.

We’re Looking for Someone With
IT & Operational knowledge. KWS knowledge is desirable. The ability to work autonomously, and to required timelines.
The ability to build long-term plans and execute independently.
