Paediatric Communication Specialist

Presto Nursing is seeking a Paediatric Communication Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech, language, and communication support to children and young people aged 4-19 with complex autism, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviours within a school setting.
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Working in close liaison with teaching teams to ensure that speech, language, and communication interventions are embedded within each pupil's personalised curriculum.
- Assessing and evaluating intervention outcomes regularly and reporting findings as required.
- Responsible for conducting and analysing speech, language, and communication assessments.
- Postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy or related field.
- Experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
