Reception & Locker Room Assistant

This role is a key part of our store's operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our team members and visitors alike. As a Reception & Locker Room Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for many, and your warm welcome will set the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and team members, providing directions and assistance as needed
  • Managing the reception area, ensuring it remains safe and clean
  • Issuing visitor and team member badges, and arranging building access for large groups
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain a high standard of facilities, including the locker room and staff grooming areas

About You:

  • You have a strong background in customer service, with experience in a reception or concierge role
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • You are highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results
  • You are a team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to support your colleagues
