Job Title: Reception & Locker Room Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Reception & Locker Room Assistant to join our team at Selfridges. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception area, and ensuring the smooth operation of our locker room facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and team members, answering inquiries, and directing them to the correct destination
  • Maintaining the reception area, including issuing visitor and team member badges, and ensuring a safe and clean environment
  • Managing the locker room facilities, including controlling access, maintaining facilities, and ensuring staff member facilities are maintained to a high standard
  • Providing administrative support, including using telecommunication systems and maintaining directories
  • Assisting with building security, including following procedures and issuing visitor and team member badges

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in reception or concierge services is essential, and knowledge of luxury retail is advantageous. You will be highly organized, personable, and able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
