Job Title: Team Entrance Receptionist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Reception and Locker Room Assistant. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our team members and visitors, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and team members, providing directions and assistance as needed
  • Managing the reception area, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Issuing visitor and team member badges, ensuring secure access to the building
  • Coordinating building access for large groups and events
  • Maintaining a safe and clean reception area, adhering to company procedures and regulations
  • Providing support to team members, including directions and advice on staff facilities and services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in reception or concierge services
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a world-class experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with team members and visitors
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software, including MS Office suite
