Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reception and Locker Room Coordinator at Selfridges. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our team members and visitors, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and team members, providing directions and assistance as needed
  • Managing the reception area, maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Issuing visitor and team member badges, ensuring access control
  • Directing team members around the store, utilizing knowledge of the building layout
  • Managing the locker room, ensuring facilities are maintained to a high standard
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues

Requirements

  • Administrative and clerical experience, with knowledge of MS Office suite software
  • Customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Previous experience in reception or concierge service, with a strong understanding of luxury retail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure and multiple stakeholder levels
