Assistant Street Works and Permitting Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Street Works and Permitting Team as an Assistant Street Works and Permitting Officer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient use of the Lincolnshire Highway Network by coordinating, inspecting, and enforcing works on the highway.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to Street Works Officers in the team.
- Entering data into our IT systems.
- Coordinating highway works under the Lincolnshire Permit Scheme.
- Inspecting highway sites to ensure compliance with NRSWA legislation and the Permit Scheme.
- Liaising with internal engineering teams and external utilities.

About YouWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about ensuring the efficient use of the Lincolnshire Highway Network. The ideal candidate will have a BTEC or A levels or a NRSWA Supervisors qualification, or equivalent experience and skills. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
