Highway Network Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Street Works and Permitting Team within the Highways department. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient use of the Lincolnshire Highway Network in the western areas of Bourne, Stamford, and Spalding.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, inspecting, and enforcing works on the highway, providing administrative support to Street Works Officers, and assisting with the coordination of highway works under the Lincolnshire Permit Scheme.
You will also be responsible for inspecting highway sites to ensure compliance with NRSWA legislation and the Permit Scheme, as well as providing customer liaison with our internal engineering teams and external utilities.

About YouWe are looking for a candidate with a BTEC or A levels or a NRSWA Supervisors qualification, or a demonstrable level of knowledge and skill suitable for the role. You will also need to have a professional work ethic, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
