**About the Role:**
As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. You will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and promote resident engagement and participation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and deliver activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and overall well-being among our residents
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and program evaluation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
**Salary:** £14.10 per hour (36 hours per week)
