About the Role:

We are seeking a warm, empathetic, and personable individual who can devise imaginative activities programmes tailored to each resident's interests and abilities. You will be responsible for getting to know our residents and their families, identifying their needs, and delivering engaging experiences that bring joy and fulfillment to their lives.

Your organisational skills and driven mindset will enable you to plan and implement activities within the home and in the local community, inspiring residents and staff alike to participate and get involved.

About You:

To succeed as an Activities Coordinator, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to build relationships with residents, family members, and colleagues. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you grow and progress your career with us.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
