The Care Support Specialist will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment at our NHS care home, enabling exceptional all-round care and support for residents. With a focus on maximizing wellbeing, independence, and social engagement, this role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with residents and their families. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is available for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize activities and events for residents, including arts and crafts, music, games, outings, and other social events.
  • Develop tailored activity programs to suit every interest and ability.
  • Work closely with residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
