At the NHS, we are seeking a Healthcare Support Worker to provide quality care and support to residents in our care home. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily living activities, such as supporting residents with their food and drink, following care plans, and providing companionship.

About the Role

This is a bank position that provides cover for our care home as and when needed. You will need to be flexible with your working hours and days, and be available to work on an ad-hoc basis.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to demonstrate empathy and compassion in order to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
