Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at one of our care homes. As a key member of the facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our homes are maintained to the highest standards.

• Maintain routine maintenance and repairs across the home
• Ensure all areas of the home are clean and tidy, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Contribute to creating a welcoming environment for residents and their families

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A strong background in maintenance and repair
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A keen eye for detail and ability to work independently

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
