">About You
">To be successful in this role, you will need experience in property maintenance. A patient, caring nature and genuine interest in our residents are also essential qualities. Additionally, you should be reliable and willing to adapt to a range of tasks focused on maintaining high standards.
">Estimated Salary Range: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
">Your Responsibilities
">- Undertake routine maintenance tasks to ensure our buildings and grounds are well-maintained.
- Report any defects or issues to the relevant teams.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
