We are seeking a highly motivated Care and Activities Professional to join our team at Crooton Ltd.

As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to devise imaginative, fun, and motivational activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our clients.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our colleagues. A degree in a relevant field, such as social work or psychology, is preferred but not essential. If you have experience working in a care setting and are passionate about delivering high-quality care, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and activity participation

Salary Information: The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £14,410 per annum (pro rata) based on 36 hours per week, which equates to approximately £28.15 per hour.
