Care Home Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Care Home Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the care home are clean and well-maintained.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property maintenance, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement annual budget plans, as well as liaise with external contractors when necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising maintenance staff to deliver high-quality services
- Developing and implementing annual budget plans
- Liaising with external contractors for specialist jobs
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities
