About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Maintenance to join our team at Crooton Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our care home, providing a clean and welcoming environment for our residents.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating maintenance tasks, and collaborating with contractors to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure effective upkeep of the care home

  • Liaise with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience of property maintenance
  • Trade skill
  • Excellent communication skills
