Clinical Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager to join our team at a Barchester care home. Salary
This position comes with a competitive salary range of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, based on your level of experience. You can also expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting the General Manager in delivering our care services, ensuring that all aspects of care meet the required standards, and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results in quality care delivery.
