About the Job
">- As a Bank Registered Nurse at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our care homes. This includes developing tailored care plans, administering medication safely, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.
Your Responsibilities
">- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Providing safe and effective medication administration and managing complex medical conditions.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to the appropriate authorities.
The Ideal Candidate
">- We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse with current NMC registration and a good knowledge of clinical practices.
- A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, is essential.
- The ability to work flexibly and provide cover as needed is also required.
