Your Key Responsibilities
">- Assessing the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents and developing personalized care plans to meet these needs.
- Administering medication safely and effectively, and monitoring residents' responses to treatment.
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements
">- A current NMC registration and a good understanding of clinical practices.
- A strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
- The ability to work flexibly and provide cover as needed.
