Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to support the General Manager in their absence, taking on leadership duties and contributing to the overall success of our care home.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide clinical leadership and guidance to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of care and quality of life for our residents.
- To work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our care services.
- To take ownership of leading by example, monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and checking regulatory compliance.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing, preferably as a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration. You will also require experience in helping residents with different health needs and a track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
Requirements:- Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) qualification with current NMC registration.

- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
