About the Role

Crooton Ltd is seeking a motivated Facilities Management Lead to manage our care home's facilities. As the Head of Maintenance, you will ensure that our residents feel at home and our staff can do their jobs efficiently.

Your duties will include overseeing maintenance tasks, collaborating with contractors, and supporting the General Manager with budget planning.

To succeed in this role, you will need hands-on experience in property maintenance, at least one trade skill, and strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with contractors on external projects
  • Support the General Manager with budget planning
  • Ensure a clean and well-maintained environment

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in property maintenance
  • At least one trade skill
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Reliability and flexibility in working hours
  • Full UK driving licence
  • IT literacy and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
