About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Director to join our team and lead the maintenance operations at one of our care homes. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance operations, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and managing maintenance budgets and resources.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
Manage maintenance budgets and resources, making informed decisions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with staff to resolve maintenance issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the facility.
What You'll Need
Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations, including health and safety protocols.
A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or facilities management.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
