At OneCall24 LTD, we are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in the Chinnor area of Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified nurse to work in a nursing and residential care home setting.
Job Summary: As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including maintaining personal hygiene and wellbeing, assisting with clinical duties, and ensuring the overall health and safety of patients.
About the Role:
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and any notable incidents.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork.

Requirements:
