PepsiCo Business Development Opportunity

Location: Field-based

Contract Type: Fixed-term

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our PepsiCo team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering opportunities for growing customer distribution, improving availability and visibility, leading to increased sales of PepsiCo portfolio including Doritos, Walkers, 7 Up and Pepsi Max.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting various establishments including bakeries, coffee shops, pubs, leisure centres and more to identify and deliver opportunities for growing customer distribution
  • Managing your own diary and time effectively to visit cash and carry, existing customers and target new customer prospects
  • Ensuring best product placement in store and keeping up to date with key trends and observations within the sub-channels you are working

Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 points or previous bans)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own diary and time effectively
  • Confident and results-driven with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience within a direct sales role or the independents/convenience sector
