Business Development Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the development of business proposals and tenders to support the growth of Barnardo's services.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to produce compelling proposals and business cases.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support the development of proposals and service design.
  • Manage the delivery of bids, working to deadlines and ensuring the presentation of strong business cases.
  • Monitor market intelligence, assess commercial and contract risks, and work alongside operational colleagues in Children's Services.
