About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team at our service in Camborne. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mild learning disabilities to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide active support to individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Assist with household tasks and daily routines, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Monitor the wellbeing of the individuals we support, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Use digital tools, such as Nourish, to record and track support plans and progress.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.
Requirements
  • Full driving license.
  • Basic IT skills, including experience with digital tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to treating individuals with dignity and respect.
