### Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team at our service in Camborne. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mild learning disabilities to live their best lives.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide active support to individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence and autonomy
* Assist with household tasks and daily routines, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment
* Monitor the wellbeing of the individuals we support, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
* Use digital tools, such as Nourish, to record and track support plans and progress
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective support team

### Requirements

* Basic IT skills, including proficiency in using digital tools and software
* Full driving license, as travel to work may be required
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
* Compassion, empathy, and understanding of the needs of individuals with learning disabilities
