Job Title: Senior Support Worker

Location: Ridgewood Care Home, Camborne

Rate of Pay: £11.55 per hour + Overtime

Shift Patterns: Full Time, Permanent

About the Role:

As a Senior Support Worker at Ridgewood Care Home, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily activities, such as mealtimes, bathing, and day-to-day tasks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments.
  • Administer medication and attend medical appointments as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Ridgewood Care Home is a 12-bedroom supported living care home, providing a warm and welcoming environment for individuals to regain their independence.
