We are seeking an Autism Expertise Advisor to join our Authoring team at Oxford Medical Simulation Limited. As an Autism Expertise Advisor, you will work closely with our clinical authoring team to review and develop content that ensures our virtual scenarios meet the needs of the nursing and wider healthcare workforce, and that they are based on the latest best-practice guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals in healthcare settings and be passionate about improving patient care through innovative training. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £50-£70 per hour, depending on experience.

You will engage in regular communication with our team to answer follow-up questions, review updates, and provide feedback by playing through the scenarios to ensure they meet the highest standards.
