We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Autism Support Specialist with expertise in Brain Injury to join our team at NeuroSupport Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized support to individuals with ABI in their home environment, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life. **Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide individualized support to clients with ABI, focusing on daily living skills, mobility, and cognitive development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Promote client independence through skill-building activities and community engagement
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders

**Requirements:**
  • At least six months of experience working in a support worker role or similar, in the past three years.
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own car.
  • Experience in the field of Psychology.
  • To be willing to become self-employed.

**Salary and Benefits:**
