About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at The Children's Trust. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will work closely with children and young people with acquired brain injuries, providing expert care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each child.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify care needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with families and carers to empower them to take an active role in their child's care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in neurodisability care.
