About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to clients with brain injuries. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized one-on-one support within the comfort of clients' homes, fostering a nurturing environment that encourages independence and overall well-being.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your previous experience with brain injury clients to offer invaluable insights.
  • Provide tailored support to meet the unique needs of each client, promoting their safety, well-being, and independence.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation, ensuring the highest standard of care.
  • Prioritize client safety and well-being as your utmost responsibility.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 months' experience working with clients with traumatic brain injuries, acquired brain injuries, Parkinson's Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Huntington's Disease, or Multiple Sclerosis is highly desirable.
  • The ability to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes.
  • Dedication to promoting independence and well-being.
