Support Worker for Brain Injury Clients

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Precedo Healthcare. This role is perfect for an individual with experience working with clients who have brain injuries and physical disabilities.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing personal care, supporting daily living activities, and fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and flexibility. A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support.
- Ensure client safety and well-being at all times.
- Support and encourage participation in various activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Implement individualized support plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
Salary: £12.00 - £12.50 per hour (20-40 hours per week)

- 12-hour shifts, day and night
- Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
