As a classroom assistant with autism expertise, you will play a vital role in supporting students with autism in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team in Mitcham, Greater London.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with autism in the classroom
- Implementing individualised education plans in collaboration with teachers
- Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
- Contributing to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure student progress
Your Requirements:
- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
- Experience working with individuals with autism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
