Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at the East of England Ambulance Service. As a Clinical Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a range of urgent, emergency, and critical settings.

Main Duties
  • Assess, treat, and manage patients in a variety of settings, including emergency departments, acute medical units, and critical care units.
  • Provide effective clinical leadership and mentorship to operational personnel, including newly qualified paramedics and students.
  • Contribute to the development of an integrated approach to the delivery of unscheduled and out-of-hours care, working with health and social care organizations.
Requirements
  • Nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
  • Hold a full UK manual driving license with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience.
  • Experience in dealing with a diverse range of people in a customer/patient environment.
  • Substantial post-registration experience in an acute setting, emergency department, acute medical unit, critical care, or alternative settings with autonomous clinical decision-making.
