About the Role

The Trainee Advanced Clinical Nurse Lead will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff in pre-hospital care. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, mentoring and coaching nurses, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in leadership and management roles.

As a bonus to joining our team, we offer a range of benefits including a £500 payment in your first month's pay, a further payment of £750 after 12 months in post, and a further payment of £750 after 24 months in post.
