Advanced Life Support Clinical Lead

The Advanced Life Support Clinical Lead will play a key role in developing and implementing advanced life support strategies across the trust. This includes ensuring that all staff members receive regular training and updates on the latest best practices and guidelines in critical care.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in critical care and hold advanced life support qualifications. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across the organization.
The Advanced Life Support Clinical Lead will be responsible for coordinating and participating in simulation training sessions, conducting audits, and providing feedback to staff members on their performance. They will also work closely with other clinical leads to ensure that policies and procedures are up-to-date and aligned with national guidelines.
