Community Development Manager

liveArgyll is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage, develop, and support the delivery of Community Learning and Development services throughout Argyll and Bute.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week, offering a competitive benefits package, including a generous annual holiday entitlement, Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS), and leisure membership for health and well-being.
The successful candidate will have the ambition, drive, and experience to:
- Develop and implement effective community learning and development strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, stakeholders, and partners
- Manage and support a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
