Finance Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team in Central London. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for processing payments, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate financial records.
About the Role:- Process and manage payments for all incoming invoices (Accounts Payable)
- Send and create purchase orders for both the Projects team and the Director's personal purchases (Purchase Orders)
The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance administration and be looking for a dynamic role with career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client valuations and draft payment certificates
- Order materials for project sites as requested by Site Managers (Project Site Support)
- Prepare and issue bi-weekly project finance reports (Project Finance Reporting)
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts (Bank Reconciliations)
- Chase overdue and upcoming client accounts to ensure timely payments (Credit Control)
- Previous experience in finance administration or a similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
- £14.00 per hour, paid weekly every Friday
- Opportunity for contract extension or permanent placement
