Assistant Financial Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Financial Administrator to join our team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the finance team with various tasks including bill preparation, client liaison, and payment chasing.
Key Tasks:- Assistance with bill preparation and dispatch
- Liaison with fee earners and clients regarding billing and financial matters
- Client balance management and payment chasing
- Resolution of payment disputes and discrepancies
- Administrative support to the Finance Manager and Legal Cashier
- Contribution to process improvement initiatives across billings and finance
To be successful in this role, you will need at least one year's experience in finance or a related field, along with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. A background in client accounts or law firms would be beneficial.
