Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized Financial Administrator to join our team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and experience in finance administration.

About the Role:
  • Manage client relationships and maintain accurate financial records
  • Send and create purchase orders for both the Projects team and the Director's personal purchases (Purchase Orders)

The successful candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, with a strong understanding of finance administration principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process and manage payments for all incoming invoices (Accounts Payable)
  2. Prepare and issue bi-weekly project finance reports (Project Finance Reporting)
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience in finance administration or a similar role
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
Compensation Package:
  • £14.00 per hour, paid weekly every Friday
  • Opportunity for contract extension or permanent placement
