We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Finance and Administrative Assistant to join our team at OTS Solicitors.
Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm as a key member of our finance and operations team. The role will involve providing support with financial administration, office operations, and HR functions.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist with financial administration, including processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Support the cashiering function, including assisting with billing and reporting.
- Provide administrative support, including managing office supplies and expenses.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in legal finance or cashiering.
- Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
