Position: Senior Customer Service Executive

Location: Glasgow, Head Office

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We're seeking a Senior Customer Service Executive to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming orders accurately and punctually, staying up-to-date with our products, services, and offers.
  • Work independently as part of a team to ensure all shifts are covered, with a level of flexibility to provide cover for other team members' absence.

Requirements:

  • Significant relevant experience in a Customer Service/call handling environment.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills to manage own workload to expected standards.
