Academics Ltd is committed to providing high-quality education for children with Autism (ASC / ASD). We are seeking a skilled SEN Learning Support Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our students.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans for students with ASC/ASD and comorbid conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-to-one support to students with Autism, incorporating strategies from Positive Behavioural Supports (PBS)
  • Collaborate with teachers to create and update individualized education plans
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform instructional decisions and drive student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student performance and progress

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with children with Autism and associated conditions
  • MA/MEd degree in a related field, such as Special Education or Psychology
  • Knowledge of PBS principles and practices
  • Certification in First Aid/CPR/AED required

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience
