Process Capability Partner, Cambridge
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with process owners to ensure governance framework compliance.
- Implement the governance and improvement framework during process upgrades and improvements.
- Maintain quality standards through measurable design processes.
- Document process flows using business process tools per APQC taxonomy.
- Facilitate end-to-end processes across business customers utilizing business process tools and techniques.
- Identify and recommend impactful process solutions with cross-functional partners.
- Align HR system configurations with policy rules, regulations, and best practices.
- Provide guidance as an SME and use measurement outcomes to inform direction.
- Design optimal HR business solutions for employee-centric outcomes and scale efficiency.
- Streamline end-to-end processes across functional silos and boundaries for transparency and automation.
- Conduct process analysis from insights and feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and templated communication formats.
- Be a trusted advisor to all customers and stakeholders.
- Gather and measure customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centricity thinking with a focus on business and customer needs.
- Demonstrable experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
- Effective English written/presentation, oral communication, and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of business process tools and experience working with them.
